RETURN POLICY

Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed, but if there’s a problem with your order please reach out to me at olga@grybdesigns.com and I will be happy to assist you.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE / FAQ

1. HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

If you placed a custom personalized order on grybdesigns.com, I will contact you to confirm your details. Once you confirm your details and a proof is sent your way, your order is non-refundable and will ship in about 2–3 weeks from your order date. Please note any additional information you may want included on your personalized item(s) is subject to Gryb Designs & Creative Communications' approval and may ultimately not be included on the item due to the design and integrity of the product.


2. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?

Once you confirm your details and a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable and may not be canceled.


3. CAN I REORDER PERSONALIZED ITEMS WITHOUT PAYING
FOR CUSTOM ART AGAIN?

Yes! If you would like to reorder a personalized item please contact me at olga@grybdesigns.com with your details and I will provide you with the reduced quote.


4. ARE MY PERSONALIZED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors (such as misspelled words or incorrect information etc.). By approving your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval and you wish to reprint, we are required to charge you for services rendered.

5. WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ITEMS ARE PRINTED AND MAILED TO ME?

Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will typically receive their proofs approximately one week from the final confirmation of wording and design details. Once a proof has been sent your way, your order is non-refundable.


 6. SHIPPING

It will take approximately 5-10 days to process your order (this does not include shipping times).
You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order as I start working on your order as soon as it is placed, but please contact me at olga@grybdesigns.com and I'll do my best!

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number if available. 

Customs and import taxes

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Items are shipped from Canada.
